xCluster is a visual display of dx cluster activity. DX spots are received via telnet or web services and displayed in a tabular form and plotted on a map of the world. You can filter the spots by call sign or band. You may also configure it to only show FT4/FT8 spots.
Updated to v2.1.8 on Sept. 7, 2022
Updated to v2.1.9 on Sept. 8, 2022 - removed RBN cluster entries.
Updated to v2.1.11 Nov. 12, 2022 - fixed bug where incorrect country was on popup.
Update to v2.1.12 Nov. 18, 2022 Eliminated XML parser and added a string parser instead.
Faster, more reliable.
I downloaded the app (several times) but it failed to install on my Mac Mini with Monterey 12.3.1
Did you get any kind of error message? Is it an M1 Mac? Did it launch the program at all or just nothing?
Won’t open on my Mac either. Not Apple silicon here but running Monterey 12.3.1. It just flashes briefly but nothing else happens
Please download and try it again. Depending on when you originally downloaded it there may be a newer version. If it still won’t load I will add some logging to it and see what messages we get. Please let me know how it goes.
Downloaded 2x on 7/27/22. The dmg file downloads but nothing happens when I try to open the dmg. It just won’t open. Mac mini (2018 intel) running macOS Monterey version 12.5
I found this article that may apply https://discussions.apple.com/thread/253681290
A ways down in the post it mentions the dmg file may have been created on an older version of mac os, which it was. I created a new dmg with diskutil and have replaced the current one. Please download the dmg file again and try it.

After trying to mount the dmg bring up your finder and look in the column on the left side. See if it shows xCluster is mounted. You can then drag the app to your application folder and it should work.
Same problem here. Using M1 iMac 24 inch. No error message – screen briefly flashes but no install takes place.

Sorry Peter, still no joy. The DMG file just won’t open. Let me know if I can supply any other information. 73,

I think we are getting close to a solution. After trying to mount the dmg bring up your finder and look in the column on the left side. See if it shows xCluster is mounted. You can then drag the app to your application folder and it should work. I believe it is a bug on M1 Macs as I have 4 failing to mount the dmg. I am working with a friend who has the same issue so hope to have a real solution soon.
Installed but crashes often on my M1 Studio Max.
Does it show a crash log? If it does please copy the info and email it to me at “support at w6op dot com” Is there any other message? Also, is it just when connected to dxsummit or other clusters?
Thanks,
Peter
Same here, failed to install or open.
I just tried on a MP with M1, and an iMac 10.13.6 2013 and it also failed to install.
For the iMac the app requires 12.x Monterey to work. For your M1:

If that doesn’t work let me know what symptoms you are seeing, any messages?
