Quiet Summer

There certainly hasn’t been much happening for me DX wise. Propagation here has been pretty bad. Even 6 Meters has been a bust this summer. Just a couple of new grids and not much else.

I went to a Ham radio swap meet yesterday and sold a few things that were surplus. I also bought a 900 MHz HT, a Motorola GTX. The local guys that do the DX spotting have all moved to 900 MHz since the 440 repeaters had to reduce their power so much for the Air Force.
